MAIN PLOT:

School 2017 Summary – The plot depicts a class of high school students attempting to cope up with the stress of being ranked by their exam grades, and facing the difficulties of being a teenager in a high-pressure, corrupt system. The Main protagonist is Ra Eun-ho (Kim Se-jeong), a cheerful and soft-hearted 18-year-old who dreams of being a webtoon artist in order to meet her crush, but is caught up in the search for a mysterious troublemaker in the school, known as ‘Student X’. When she wrongly is accused of being Student X, her dream of going to university to study art is put at risk as she faces expulsion. Hyun Tae-woon (Kim Jung-hyun) is the son of the director of the school  and a carefree guy who enjoys his youth but hides deep scars. Song Dae-hwi (Jang Dong-yoon) is a bright student who’s ranked 1st every time but doesn’t have enough money for his dream college, Seoul University.

EPISODES SUMMARY:

Episode 1: Hierarchy of Grades:

When the students were writing the exams, exactly at the time of submission the test paper, water from the water sprinkler downpours and students starts enjoying without minding about the test papers! Who did it and for what? Says a Flashback. 

Before 5 days, 

Students are allowed to have lunch on the basis of their rank/grades. First 10 rank students are allowed to take lunch followed by the subsequent rankers. This led the last rank holders to wait and starve. 

Other students were annoyed to see a student to whom the rule doesn’t applies as he is the son of the director (of school). 

A girl skips the class and goes to do her part time job. Also, she goes to see her idol this time. Dae Hwi, her classmate assured that he would cover up in case if she get caught. 

Eun ho, the girl fell down and the director son,Tae woon, who also cut down the classes, gave her ride. After her place comes she adjusted her make up and informed someone via call that she came in uniform and expects high pay. When he asked her what it is, she replies now a days pay is more when we go in school uniform.he mistook the whole scenario. 

Actually, eun ho went on to meet her crush jong. Tae woon, thinking that he is a pervert smacked him with a punch. After coming to know about him, he just escape in his own way without even asking sorry. 

Eun ho wanted hardly to compete in the webtoon competition organised by  Hanguk University. By winning the competition, she believed that she could join as student in spite of her 280th Rank in the school. 

Now coming back to the water sprinkler incident, some one purposely did to avoid mock tests.this has created a furore in the school and at any cost, the management wants to find out the culprit. 

When Eun ho is practising and preparing for the drawing webtoon competition , she get caught red handed by her class teacher and also he grabbed tae woon phone for the Same. When she is begging for her notebook, tae woon through his assault look hot his phone back. When she question about this partiality to her teacher, he replied that to be like him, you should have some good connections. Though he don’t like tae woon doings, he could not anything as he is the son of the director. 

When she asks help from Tae woon, he refused. She planned to sneak into the teacher room to get her notebook. She found a mysterious guy with his face hidden by a black jumper. Everyone got attracted towards this guy and he is celebrated as hero among the school students including Eun ho. Tae woon is amused when Eun ho call that guy as hero.
